AXVital stores account information and health information you voluntarily record to provide the service. Usage information may be collected without attaching health content.

Payments are processed by Stripe. AXVital sends account identifiers and billing metadata, not conditions, symptoms, health metrics, notes, or health records.

Providers may process data for authentication, hosting, storage, payments, and product operations. AXVital does not claim HIPAA compliance or any certification.

Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion through the support contact published before launch. Retention and deletion procedures must be finalized before launch.
